What an unusual wedding card, but my friends loved it…..
I made this card for a couple of friends that got married in Las Vegas.
I made the base card from black spotty cardstock, I created this into a stepper card to create dimension.
I cut the background for the Las Vegas sign with an X-cut ornate frame die. I then used the memory box cloud die to create a template to create the clouds in the background. I used sky blue ink to do this. I then painstakingly cut out the Vegas sign a few times to create a decoupage effect.
I coloured everything with Promarkers.
Gems were used to give lots of ‘bling’ and lots of feathers.
Lili of the Valley wedding day sentiment was used along with a few other embellishments.
I am entering this card into the Fur & Feathers challenge #187 - http://corrosivechallengesbyjanet.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/challenge-187-fur-and-feathers.html and http://ilovepromarkers.blogspot.co.uk/2013/11/challenge-195-wedding-or-anniversary.html
Hope you like it……

Today has been a BRILLIANT day. I entered the Kenny K guest designer contest and I was 1 of 4 to win. BIG smiles. I didn’t think I had as I checked my emails and nothing and then I checked my Facebook emails and nothing again so I thought I’d take a look at the Kenny K Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Kenny-Ks-Digis-Rubber-Stamps/493230854071944?fref=ts) and there it was….. My name was the 2nd name listed in the four winners. Me!!!! OMG I am soooo happy. I just hope I can do the team justice in choosing me. Well its reallllllly late and I’m off to the NEC tomorrow to spend, spend, spend lol (I wish) so shower and bed for me. It has made my day after feeling so poorly for the past few days. Thank you Kenny & Elena K xxx
